How much water is enough for me to get good results?

No matter what you weigh, 100 ounces is the minimum amount of water that an adult should aim to drink. If you weigh over 200 pounds, you should drink a minimum of 50% of your body weight in ounces of water, and if you have any symptoms of dehydration, such as headaches, constipation, skin rashes, this is your body’s signal that you need to increase your fluid intake above this recommended minimum. Move to more toward 75% of your body weight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 250 pounds, your minimum water goal would be 125 ounces of water, and if you experience any symptoms of detoxification as mentioned above, you should move up to 75% of your body weight, which would be 187.5 ounces of water.
