Low calorie candies that don’t sacrifice deliciousness. These healthy low calorie snacks are easy to make, and with just 40 calories per piece, it’s a healthy snack that you will undoubtedly enjoy!

  • 1 scoop PureNourish
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cinnamon for dusting
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated unsweetened coconut (optional)

On a flat surface mix the PureNourish powder with the turmeric and cinnamon. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and mash with the back of a spoon until it forms a paste. Divide into 6 equal parts. Roll each in cinnamon and then again in the walnuts or coconut if desired. Place on parchment paper and freeze. These will completely freeze in 5 minutes. Keep them stored in the freezer in a Ziploc bag and remove when the desire for something sweet overcomes you… they are low in calories, but so rich you will only want one.

The convenience of having your shake as a pudding has many benefits … it’s easy to travel for children’s lunches … as well as when you are in a hurry because you can make these in advance. They make delicious, healthy desserts too!

Berry Delish Pudding Shake

  • 2 cups blueberry or mixed berry fruit tea, brewed (6 bags)
  • ½ cup mixed berries, frozen and divided in half
  • ¼ teaspoon agar agar powder (vegetarian thickening agent)
  • 4 scoops PureNourish
  • Dash of stevia

Fruit Topping Directions

Blend ¼ cup of the frozen berries with its juices or a tablespoon of brewed tea or water. Try to keep the topping thick. Spoon on top of pudding.

Pudding Directions

Brew 2 cups of water with 6 tea bags. Add 1 ¾ cup of cooled tea in your blender with 4 scoops of PureNourish and blend until smooth. Mix in ¼ cup of the frozen berries for extra flavor and sweetness and blend for one minute. Dissolve ¼ teaspoon agar agar in the remaining ¼ cup of fruit tea in a small saucepan. Stir for 5-6 minutes until completely dissolved. Turn the burner on low and simmer for 5-6 more minutes, stirring constantly. Add the agar agar/tea mixture to the PureNourish combination in the blender and blend for 2 minutes. Sweeten with a dash of stevia and pour into cups. Top with the fruit coulis.
