Are you allowed to drink coffee on this program?

 

Caffeine raises cortisol levels .. a hormone that stores fat .. spikes Blood Sugar… and then we crave sugar..  it can be a temporary boost to metabolism but .. creates fatigue after a high.   But for weight loss and a healthier you .. in the long run ..  try and control it. It is one of the hardest substances to give up … moderation is the answer if you are a coffee drinker .. until you can gradually cut back more…and more.
